how wonderful! you don't know me but i've recently randomly came across your blog and i love it. is that weird of me? probably. oh well!
ReplyDeleteYour performance lifted my sagging spirits when I needed it the most, I thank you, and I thank Fergus as well!
ReplyDeleteThat was wonderful. Especially seeing, and listening, to the two of you together. Bravo.
ReplyDeleteCracking stuff. Especially liked how he took a cheeky swig of beer at the end, and then you had a big gulp of methadone.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant. Bring it on the road.
ReplyDeleteLovely
ReplyDeleteYay!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful song, I found myself humming along at the end.
ReplyDeleteMy methadone days are over thanks Tim. I think you'll find that was Earl Grey with a splash of milk.
ReplyDeleteHi Roisin and welcome :)
And thanks everybody. Was fun to make.
Beautiful Annie. You two should take it on tour. I'd pay good money to get into a pub or live music venue to watch you guys. Great stuff!!!! Hi to Ferg from the Nexts. x
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYou two are just gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed this!
ReplyDeleteThat was cool, I just jammed with you two. I hope you don't get tired playing the same song over and over again untill I learn it.
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty cool, all I have to do is hit play and you do it again.
Damnit. I hate when I have to come back and say stuff I forget.
ReplyDeleteNice guitar!! What is Ferg playing?
Just lovely, as always.
ReplyDeleteAnd oh, I think I saw you, and I think you saw me, if you were with C.
thanks <3
ReplyDeleteI don't know what guitar Ferg is playing, he has a few. I will ask him.
He keeps asking if any producers off the internet have been in touch yet. I'm like: "Um, not yet. But lots of people like your skirt..."
Conan! I definitely did not see you. Where were you? I didn't know you knew C. Where were we? I wish you had said hi. I wanna meet you.
Sunday, outside the theatre. Classic case of seeing two people together who exist in separate parts of the brain... so the cortex sent up a 'No, it can't be Annie' response.

ReplyDeleteYes, it was us. I remember seeing you now, but I didn't know who you were.
ReplyDeleteThanks RM <3
I really loved this, made me happy - thanks :)
ReplyDeleteA fabulous song. I was mesmerised.
ReplyDeleteHow lovely! I recently stumbled upon your blog, too. The performance was a nice interlude to my dull work day. Thanks to you and your brother!
ReplyDeleteTrotter here. Annie we cannot whistle for ever. Surely an encore is coming?
ReplyDeletetashty
ReplyDeleteAnnie that was so sweet, you guys sound very good together!
ReplyDeleteBeen humming that for days after watching it.
ReplyDeleteLovely.
You're just fantastic you are! Very cozy and organic.
ReplyDeleteOshi here. Great miming there, dear. Only joshing - I never knew you were so vocally talented. Tell Fergus when I get the A&R job I'm applying to, I'll be in touch. But I might get you to lose that American thing you do with your singing voice!
