That bus ain't never gonna come.
ReplyDeleteThis is exactly how Jake died. Brings back memories.
ReplyDeleteWaiting For Darko?
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter! Bus bunny
ReplyDeleteAck... it's actually Cari dressed up. I can't fool you any longer. Happy Easter blonkettes. xx
ReplyDeletePS. Who the hell is Jake?
That's a creepy photo.
ReplyDeleteThat is nearly identical to the suit I wore back in my egg-hiding days. And yes, they did let me near the children.
ReplyDeleteI like it a lot :)
ReplyDeletePasg Hapus i ti yn Dolwyddelan Annie!
Jake is Jake Gyllenhall who had the lead role in Donnie Darko. The film ruined this picture for me too. Otherwise it would just be a hopeful bunny waiting for a bus !
ReplyDeleteThis is like an Aphex Twin video.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, Donnie Darko, yet another film I haven't seen.
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get the costume?
ReplyDeleteOh, so there's a rabbit? Yeahhhh... and his name's Harvey, right?
ReplyDeleteBtw, how do you pronounce 'Dolwyddelan'?
I think the costume came from Moggy's husband but don't quote me on that. It's Cari wearing it; Joanne's daughter from the village.
ReplyDeleteDolwyddelan is pronounced Dol-with-Elen. Yeehah.
I really want a bunny friend like that.
ReplyDeleteHappy easter - slightly belated.
Which reminds me, did you ever see Amelie?
ReplyDeleteI think it's about time for a comprehensive list of all the seminal, luminary, classic etc films Annie has never seen.
Sorry, I have nothing witty to say about people dressed as bunny rabbits.
Amelie, Donnie Darko, Dirty Dancing, Delicatessen, Saving Private Ryan, Dr Strangelove, Rear Window, Ferris Buller's Day Off, the list goes on.
ReplyDeleteI saw Being John Malkovitz (sp?) recently and was bitterly disappointed, considering everyone was like WHAT?! YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT?!
But then again my favourite film is Jaws.
Jaws? It just seemed totally obvious to me the moment the shark appeared that it was a fake. Spoilt the whole film.
ReplyDeleteYou'll be relieved to know the only other films on your list I've seen are Dr Strangelove and Malkovitz. Someone out there must be watching the rest....
You can't go wrong with Rear Window, and Amelie has CGI that actually enhances the film. The others I could take or leave, although Peter Sellers in Dr. Strangelove makes up for all those Pink Panther movies.
ReplyDeleteJaws and Thelma & Louise and some films about the Holocaust, I suppose.
ReplyDeleteEven the Easter Bunny has to take the bus....damned economy.
